Call from sky about problem

Has anyone else had sky call offering discount and compensation in the last few days?

@Trishamcd4  What kind of discount and Sky would not call out of the blue offering compensation, more so if you've never raised an issue in the 1st place

Its likely to be scammers after personal info, did you provide them with any details?

Calls out of the blue are highly likely to be a scam designed to capture your account details so they can order phones and tablets via it, if you gave them no details then you will not have any issues. If you did and a device turns up do not hand it over to a courier that then turns up to collect it as you need to call Sky about this who will give you advice abour returning it.

100% a criminal scam attempt. 

ISPs don't offer any such thing proactively.
