Cable from router to booster

Hi...where can I get the  cable that goes from the router to the booster please in black...we got one from amazon but think its wrong as its not working...thank you

Typically that would be a Cat5e ethernet cable with standard RJ45 plugs on both ends.

Ethernet is an international standard (as long as it's legitimately Cat-rated) so there's no such thing as a 'proper Sky one'. Are you using a cabled connection to locate the booster somewhere that WiFi doesn't reach?
