The internet button is on Amber. I have turned the wifi box off and back on again. I have also reset it but I still have no internet.

I also have this issue router went off just after midnight tried to reset but nothing it's still the same I have Green-Amber-Green-Amber on the router

Same here, been off for most of the past 45 minutes or so.

Mine is off too. When I test it - it says no known issues in my area and says it can't find the hub.

This could be the result of essential maintenance taking place which happens overnight to minimise disruption when most customers are asleep. If it doesn't come back on this morning you'll have to report it to Sky.

Did your Internet problems get fixed?
I have 3 green lights but no internet, have reset twice and it fixed, however it's just dropped out again.
what was the advice they gave to you?

yes that makes sense and they wouldn't want to draw attention to it by emailing us before but they could leave a note on the website when we check other than the "No Faults" message we received
