CISAS Complaint

After referring my complaint to CISAS, Sky agreed my further of £255 compensation. It's now 2 days before the 20 day deadline and all they have done is apply 2 credits totalling around £29 to my tb and broadband accounts. My complaint was in relation to Broadband/Sky Talk. I have no idea what these credits are for, or if they are related to my complaint. How likely is it that Sky will pay the compensation on time, or will I have to report to CISAS for non-compliance?

@BRIANOFBRITAIN you would have to ask Sky what the credits are for - it is normal for compensation to be credited rather than paid. It is comparativrely rare for CISAS to agree extra payments so I doubt forum members can comment on the delay but like most large companies delays do happen.
