CAT 5E socket and Sky Wifi Router

My daughter has moved in to a flat which has a CAT 5E socket fitted on a wall but no other BT socket...if I order a Sky a Sky WiFi router SR203 will this all work?

No the Sky router would need to connect to either an Openreach ONT via RJ45 or via an Openreach master socket via RJ11 depending on the type of technology in use at the property.

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
