Broadband constantly dropping

Everyday for almost a month my sky broadband goes down multiple times in a day. I've had my route replaced in the last 2 months as well. This is absolutely unacceptable Sky, what am I even paying for at this rate

Ive had the same and every time i test the connection its says looks good. Its getting ridiculous now

I've tried to do this and it won't let me login tried all logins and nothing

It often wont work on Apple devices using Safari so either use a non-apple device or download a different browser
