We are having some work completed on our house and one of our builders and knocked off the wall connection, exposing the wires and disconnecting it.
Our WiFi now, no longer works.
How can I go about getting an engineer over to take a look at the issue and fix it?

As the account holder you need to log the fault, go through a telephone diagnosis and arrange access to the property.
