@Mark+Aughton if conhected by WiFi the TV is not gerting sufficent signal from the hub given WiFibsignal ia affected bybthe layout and type of construction if your home it is quite common to find videomstreaming has issues. The solution if runningvan ethernetvcable is impossible is to get additional wifi sources. Sky will supply up to 3 WiFi extenders part of their WiFi Max add on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
