Buffering

Tested both my broadband and wifi connection says all of fine but when am streaming it constantly buffering , any help or tips how to sort this please as it driving me mental now

If am watching my soaps on catch up or if my kids are watching Netflix it always buffering , it come on for like 30 seconds and then it start buffering again

It says on my account it Sky Full Fibre 150 

but just done another health check and it now saying " speed to hub poor"

@Mills2188 Have a look at the service checker link below, then the Broadband and > to expand see, the 30 day history, sample of a FF500 below of mine what it looks like when sky check to the Hub!

At the FF150 you have should be no issues streaming the both like you were doing, that was the reason i asked to see you had enough bandwidth to keep up!
