If you can connect them with an ethernet cable it more stable and reliable

@seriously66 a lot depends on the layout of your home and whether it has solid internal walls. Poor wifi signal is extremly common issue which can disrupt video streaming and things like banking apps. You may need some form of booster to get usable wifi in every room.

Sky had to come out and update the modem. It wasn't connecting correctly to sky.

@seriously66 What part, the sky Hub or a OR ONT which is more referred to as a modem! Was the update as you say swap it out to replace or upgrade to a later newer model in your case!

Got WiFi max and what the engineer said sounded over my head but is now connecting anyway.
