Buffering
Every time I go on Facebook and try to watch reels or live videos, I get the whirly buffering and freezing.Why does this keep happening Sky?

@FancyMay First of all you are not talking to Sky, we are mostly fellow customers like yourself. What device are you using to connect to Facebook and how is it connected to the router? Do you have a black or white router from Sky?
