Extenders

Hi after 114 day delay we finally have the Fttp 😀 howver it doesn't reach to the whole house 😣

 

Question 1, how do i order extender as i pay extra for room to room service (can't remeber what it is called at this point)

 

Question 2, who do i speak to about the automatic compensation that comes with the extensive delay?

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

I don't know what the timescale is but the compensation credit should be automatically applied to your account after which it will be used against future bills as it can not be refunded to you,

Thank you but it doesn't tell me how to resquest the extenders, I know it doesn't reach the whole house but sky don't so I need to contact someone.

@CPR2 It will do on the link, but anyway you need to call sky even to get the first one, 14 day's after your activation date, they will run a test so be sure to be home, and then decission to whither you get one or not!, 2 and 3 become so more difficult to get!
