Buffering circle of doom

My Internet connection has been really bad for the past 2 weeks Now I keep getting buffering, every few minutes

@Anonymous if you would like help from forum members please post your hubs stats if you have a black Sky Hub see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

 

Otherwise run the connection test in the My Sky app as thst will offer to book an engineer if it finds a fault.
