My screen free,especially and sound goes out of sync.ooks like slow Internet speed.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tv5 probably not the broadband connection as such if you are streaming over wifi its more likely wifi speeds in your home. If you have Netflix app there is a useful network speed test in the Get Help menu.
