Broken unit

at least twice a day I have to unplug my broadband box and connection wait three minutes plug it back in and hope that my Wi-Fi works again. I understand there are issues but I don't think I should be doing this every single day. Please can you arrange a delivery of a new box and collection of the broken box,

We're only other customers here I'm afraid, you'll need to phone or chat with Sky directly. Either 150 on a Sky broadband landline or Sky mobile or have a look at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky
