I've dropped something heavy on my wall and it's knocked the openreach socket clean off the wall 😫😵I now have no Internet.does anyone know how I report this and get someone to come fix it???

You would need to call sky

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
