If your order is in the my orders section of your my sky app you can reschedule to a later date

@Perri  You should be able to select another appointment by logging in to your Sky account https://www.sky.com/ordertracking?irct=help-switching-to-sky-broadband

 

Unless of course the appointment is within 24 hours and would be too late to change

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
