Can anyone in Sky help in less than 3 days? I have broken FTTP service, so no Internet or TV. Sky support just want to know what lights are on and keep resetting.
Refuse to connect me to a manager or network support.
So can't work, can't do home work and can't even watch TV.

@wh12345 same for over a day now. Hub lights all on and that's all they're bothered about.
