@millimaiif not sure what you mean.
Howevver if the broken cable is before the telephone socket or Openreach box you have to talk to Sky who will either send one of their own engineers or one from Openreach.
If its the cable from the phone socket to the Sky Hub (suspect thst is what you meant by Wifi) these are easily bought locally if you are on broadband using copper line look for a cable described as "dsl cable" which has rj11 connectors. If on fibre you will need a simple ethernet cable (rj45 connectors) which plugs into the ONT unit and the hub ethernet port labelled as number 4. The LAN ethernet connections are the other 3 ports.
If its the hub's power lead Sky will have to swap out the whole unit as thry don't hold spares.
