Sky fiber wifi has been down since 12 Dec 24. Apparently open reach said the problem was corrected, this clearly is not the case. Waiting on Sky to get a grip of openreach and this this problem solved. unhappy is not how I would decribe this situaltion.
There seems to be no sence of urgency on this one.
all i get when i call the help line is...... call back tomorrow and we will have an answer for you. thats many call backs to still not have this resolved.
