I hope all is well.
I have been a customer of sky for a decade now and I have just called to try and negotiate a better and cheaper broadband deal as we have been approached by another broadband company however we prefer to not change, at the same time as you can imagine we are thinking of proceeding with the best offer therefore I thought to discuss first with you what is the best offer you can give us. We are looking for a good wifi speed nothing to special as we dont stream however at the same time it would have to be cheaper then what we pay now.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
You need to call Sky to negotiate a new discount. Remember competitors will be offering you a new customer rate which will be lower than Sky as you're not a new customer with Sky. If you move then you'll be in the same position in 18/24 months.
