Hello, ive been suffering slow speeds, sky glass tv fails to load or freezes mid program loss of sound, the problems are endless, booked an engineer who said my speed is now over 40mb , it isnt is still poor at 16mb , the tv is hard wired, no smart speakersattached to the network no phone plugged in. Ive tried to book an engineer again but am unable to do this online, rang sky constantly , no answer nobody answers @Sky . If anyone knows how i can solve the issues. Ive done all the recommended unplugging, resets etc, dont fancy switching providers i just want my promised speed or somewhere close to it,
