Broadband
My broadband started off at £20 something a month then went up to £30 something a month now your upping it to £40 something a month. I haven't received a email to state why the payment increase. I am paying nearly the same price for my glass tv package. Not happy to pay £40 something just for Internet

That would be a typical out-of-contract price from any Openreach ISP: their pricing is largely dictated by the wholesale cost they pay themselves.
To get a lower rate you would need to negotiate a new minimum term with Sky or switch supplier.

Re: Broadband
I was told the price wouldn't change for 2 years..I have only been with them for over a year and the price has changed twice.

I'm afraid that would usually be incorrect: almost all Sky Broadband contracts, like those from other ISPs, have an annual price increase.

Re: Broadband
What the agent probably meant was that your package offer price wouldnt change for 2yrs as you would be in a minimum term contract. However all packages from all ISPs are subject to the yearly price increase in line with RPI.
