Broadband

Hi, just got sky broadband a few days ago and it's constantly buffering and is getting slightly annoying now as I went for the super fast to avoid this issue. If I use the hotspot on my phone it works fine over 5G. I have tried the hub in different places and changing the signal but it just reverts back to auto, please help. Stats are below. Thanks in advance

What device is buffering? How far away is the router from the device? How many devices do you have?
