No wifi /broadband despite everything apparently looking like it is connected and at full signal / strength. Cannot download programmes from sky q or Netflix - everything just hangs at 1% downloaded. No functionality on wifi across any other devices - having to use our data on our mobiles for connectivity in our own home.
Had to abandon working from home on Friday as normal due to the connectivity issues.
Possibly connected to the global IT issues?
