Broadband went live yesterday but unable to set up router

Our broadband was activated yesterday. Sky agent and broadband checker says that there are no issues. When I plug the sky max hub into the Openreach port, the router shows a flashing amber light. When I try to connect to the Wi-Fi it says "Not quite connected" and guides me to unplug/reset the hub which does not solve the issue.

Any ideas? Many thanks

@Oli80800 if the unit is still flashing amber this morning call Sky and report the issue. As explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-max-hub-yellow-flashing means the hub cannot establish a connection. This may mean the configuration of the ONT was not done correctly but in any event it needs fixing probably by Openreach.
