Broadband very slow or nonexistent

Band is constantly going down and being received of no Internet connection. This is becoming an extreme issue when I have trying to watch streaming TV or I am constantly having to switch Wi-Fi off of my phone and use data which is causing it to go over my monthly data limit.

@Oldboytable your issue could be a line issue ir simply poor wifi in your home to check look at the lights on your Sky hub when you lose connection see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start?
