Broadband unstable, slow and unreliable

Hi folks.

For a few weeks now my home braodband has been unstable and slow. I've been having to commute instead of working from home which is wearing rather thin!

I've already engaged Sky support who at length deployed an engineer who replaced the master socket, tested with a different router etc. No fix. An Openreach engineer eventually attended, tested the line and said the fault was somewhere between the street cabinet and the exchange. I heard nothing until I contacted Sky again and they told me the engineer had fixed it. That was 5 days ago.

But sill it is not working properly. Not only can I not work from home, my 2 year old can't watch Peppa Pig on Prime video - so it's urgent!!

Any pointers greatly appreciated. Although I'm pretty sure there's little I can do myself.

Oh I did try Sky support again... but got fobbed off with talk about wifi being split between all those devices, poor wifi signal etc. My home setup hasn't changed. 90% of the time it's only me working at home with a few idle Echo devices and my Tado heating connected to the internet at the same time as my work laptop. Had no issues working from home since May with same set up til a few weeks ago.

Snippet of the router logs... it just seems to go on and on like this:
