Broadband unreliable

Since I moved to Sky my broadband has been really patchy. The router is in a utility room, but when I'm in my bedroom or the living room (it's not a big flat), even though I have signal, the WiFi keeps suddenly cutting out and then coming back. It's incredibly frustrating as it means that video calls when working from home suddenly drop out I get disconnected / lag. How do I get this fixed??

I get this exact same problem! It used to be absolutely fine for the first 2 years, and now I go across my flat (which is small!) and it doesn't work in the room next door to where the router is. Yet they are telling me the bill is going up AGAIN! If it doesn't get resolved, i'll be leaving. I've been a loyal customer to Sky for over 10 years including my old address, and all they do is hike the bill up and the service is somehow worse.
