My father called and someone was meant to come over to fix our wifi

I am wrighting to you about my WiFi it's not working at all and you guys called my father and said a man was on his way and he was meant to be here by 4:00pm and it's 6:00pm and he still hasn't shown up so can you send someone over here to fix our WiFi

The account holder will need to call Sky and see if they've had an update but if it was an Openreach engineer Sky might not receive an update until Sunday night into Monday.
