Broadband suspended

Yesterday my sky account was suspended due to a new bank card so payment had t gone through. I paid immediately and all said ok on my app. 
The wifi isn't working but the wifi phone is. After 45 mins on the phone to broadband help yesterday they sent an engineer out this morning who said everything is perfect. He rang for help and was informed that the restrictions haven't been taken off correctly and the only thing they can do ut log a ticket with the back office which can take 72 working hours. I work from home and so desperate. I rang up and was told nothing they can do but gave me £15 credit.

any ideas who I need to speak to?

@Bragg1  You need to be aware that broadband discussions on this forum is for domestic use only not business and you shouldn't expect any quicker service just because you are working from home 

 

as well as paying did you also setup a new continuous payment has this also needs doing before service is restored

As Sky have already passed this to a back office team there's no one else for you to contact.

 

If it hasn't been reinstated after the 72 hours then call Customer Services again to get an update.
