Dursley here,  checker says all OK, router says different. Annoying as hell as only had it back today from the last outage 😣

Waste of time, spent 3 hours following their instructions. It won't bear any fruit. Expect the 'something is not working, oops, sorry' message when their office staff get in at 09:00am. 

Until then, you'll just be gaslit by the troubleshooting into believing you can remedy the cluster... mess, yourself.

Dursley as well and down again.. maybe they doing maintenance on the fault.

Decided to post here first from now on before spending any energy plugging and unplugging! Peace of mind at least that it's out of my hands 🙌

GL6 here but woke up and went to check something and yes, Broadband is off and as you say, about same time as last night. Sky service checker says all okay. Pleased I seen your comment though as it suggests it is their end, not mine. It's very odd.

Yep its down like it was lastnight, same problem its Sky's end all we can do is wait. I got a upstream and downstream connection speed connected and active to the fiber box but no connection to Sky so its their end.

It could be overnight maintenance taking place.

 

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
