Thank you for your answer. Outage started at 1am but Sky does not answer the phone until 8am. Clock already missed a few hours.

Nothing working for me either. Nowhere to report, though sky have sent a text saying broadband down.

Broadband still down for me in Stonehouse area. I imagine they're trying to fix it. Crazy it's going on this long though.

Either from cellular signal triangulation or because your mobile number is listed in your Sky Broadband account details and they cross-referenced your address with a known outage.

Website now acknowledges the issue bit estimates up to 2 working days to fix it 😞

That's generic wording based on the Openreach target for domestic broadband. It will be unrelated to the specific cause of the outage, and so could be entirely inaccurate.

Internet is down again in GL5 area
The Internet has gone down again so no phone line or tv come on sky not the first time

Went down on the 2nd Feb and down again on the 3rd Feb, absolutely bloody ridiculous!
Guaranteed 67mbps and we're only just getting 20mbps conatantly. Also got the Sky Max router but having nothing but issues with that as well. About time they bring fibre optic to the area lol
Always seems to go down around 1am funnily enough. Also in the GL5 area

We have fibre here where I am in GL5 lol but still down! Are you in town? I know they didn't have fibre there last year or so, but saw some open reach work this year so thought maybe finally was being installed!
