Broadband still not working

We contacted Sky a week ago to advise that our Broadband had stopped working, this was around the same time that an Openreach engineer had accessed the exchange near our house. This is the third time that Openreach have caused our Broadband to stop working and we have been left for days without., which is not acceptable particularly as this has an impact on my job as I work from home. 
Sky sent an Engineer out on Saturday to check the box within our house and confirmed that the issue was external and they would contact Openreach to investigate. An Openreach engineer visited our property yesterday to advise that they were looking into our issue, the engineer then left and we did not see them again. We had a message from Sky yesterday evening to advise the issue is resolved, the issue is not and we continue to be without broadband.

All you can do is the same as you did before and contact Sky again about this is the online tests are showing now issues on your line:
