Broadband speeds reported versus actual
I find myself constantly having the app saying there is an issue with the broadband. When I use the Sky app to check it comes back as fine even though the same app is saying it's slow. 2 independent speed checks show the same result at the same low speed and the Sky app still says it's fine at 160mps when it should be minimum 600. The independents show 60mps. I've reset it. I spoke to Sky last time and they went through a reset but it's still going wrong every few days. Who do I believe? The app? The independents?

Well that's just it. It's showing an average of 160 when it should be 600 min. I have told them this but all I get is wait till the next update

@biffy1974 Capture the screen history, was there a specific day that it all dropped down, your picture should be up in the FF900 Mb/s range for your fibre connection, below when the picture get's cleared here is an old sample of mine on a FF500 feed from OR!
Old daily screen capture for FF500 to a SR203 sky hub!

Re: Broadband speeds reported versus actual
They base it on network cable who uses that.i ended up ad Hocking a nighthawk 700 router that gives me 200 yd wifi.but with having so many 2.5 mhz wifi signal it's pulling speed down but my only 5g wifi phone is pulling as sky say.with everything wifi and all in normal 2.5 wifi frequency it's bad I must have at least whot with blink cameras wifi plugs bulbs at least 50
