My internet speed is terrible and inconsistent. Sometimes its ok, then it goes very low. The SKY broadband checker doesn't help and says all is fine, but it is not. I had problems last year too, with about 6 visits!
How do I phone customer support about this?

If you have sky mobile or a sky land line ring them on 150 to speak to them,if not ring them and when the automated system says we have sent you a link would you like to use it say no and you will get to talk to an advisor hopefully you will get it sorted out soon
