Broadband speed
Our broadband speed is incredibly slow, 7Mbps at best (even though I'm paying for 100Mbps). Spoke with a Sky rep who said they would report my problem to the Broadband Team on Monday 22nd April. Should I expect to hear from someone?

The response would depend on the issue.. Do they find anything wrong?
Could you post your hub stats for us to have a look at
