Broadband speed

We have had this issue ongoing for several months.  We have had sky engineers come out over several times each and every one testing the lines in the house and even replacing them and they have all said the same thing we need a openreach engineer to come out to do outside work as the problem is outside . I am now at then end of my tether and will stop paying my bills as on average my speed is running anything from 2.3 -8.8 mb which is digusting and something needs sorting out asap other wise I will be cancelling or I will stop paying the bill

@Bobbyball Cancelling would be less painfull, if you stop paying the bills not so good for you!
