Open Reach delays

2 months ago Sky pursueded me to accept full fibre. Open Reach attended and told me the duct to my house had collapsed and they would have to excavate my recently relaid shared drive. I said no and the work was cancelled. A month ago Sky tried again to get me to accept full fibre, I accepted. 

open reached attended and with no problem pulled a new cable to my property. The Sky engineer was due to attend on the 19th May. He didn't!!! No reasons given. 

After a number of calls Sky then informed me that Open Reach were having an issue connecting to the exchange and the job was a priority.  Nearly two weeks later nothing from Open Reach or Sky. My App says nothing other than the 19th was delayed!!!!

Anyone else had problems and how do I find out what is happening?

3 calls to Sky already. All they say is they cannot activate until Open Reach complete their work? My activation date was confirmed as the 19th May but was "delayed". Am I owed £6 odd for each day it isn't completed. 😂😂
