Broadband speed

Had engineer out and changed socket he left we had 100 speed week later back to 60 any ideas before I cancel

@lisak there are a number if possible explanations but if you haveca black Sky hub please post its connection stats see Sky Hub statistics

 

If you have a white hub what does the service checker speectest show if you click through to see thecspedd history.
