Broadband speed very slow

Poor Internet connection on all devices. Less than 2mbs download speed.

I've had problems all day with Sky Stream and programmes buffering or the screen turning blue saying it can't load.

Isitdown and sites like that reporting outages and yet when I check the service status it says that broadband, WiFi etc are perfectly fine 

Fed up with it to be honest.
