Very slow Broadband
Based on Sky speed recommendation I recently contracted for full fibre gigafast having fibre to home recently installed by BT. I had noticed occasional buffering but only recently checked with Sky speed checker to note that, over at least the last 23 days, I have an average daily download speed of 80MBs rather than the expected 900 (with speed guarantee of around 600) I spoke with Sky who apparently could find no issues other than noting the low average speed. I mentioned that the status did show "line speed to hub is poor" but did not get any explanation. I invoked the speed guarantee and expect to get a refund however it can only be used once. When Sky checked yesterday they gave the speed at that time as 900 and it was the same when I checked it later. Today, however, when I checked again, active speed is down to 80 and yesterday's average was continued at 80. According to the status the line speed to the hub is still poor. Any thoughts on what I can do next or require Sky to do?

Re: Very slow Broadband
@David575 What sky hub are you using? With the older sky Broadband Hub, you can web manager to the hub, see what the sync up/down it is set at and at least go from that point, if the wan/lan cable from the Hub to the ONT is bad or faulty you are never going to get above the 100Mb/s reported anyway, but it does reflect so is easily seen!
