Broadband speed halved in last 3 days
Hi,
I have been a Sky customer for 12+ years, whilst I live in an area that does not get Fibre I am essentially paying a premium to get the best connection I can. However, the past 3-4 days I have seen my speeds essentially halved to the point where it's starting to feel unusable. I work from home and have hobbies that rely on at least a semi decent connection. What can I do??
It's even now below my guaranteed download speed lol
My current package:
Sky Broadband Superfast
Sky Broadband Boost (Not sure if this is needed or just got lumped in)
Thanks,

That means you can log a fault with Sky for investigation by Openreach.

I'd note that 14.2Mbs is a pretty low minimum speed, which does suggest a lack of confidence in the line.

Re: Broadband speed halved in last 3 days
Hi
Thanks for the quick reply!
Is there a link for where I can log the fault to be investigated or is this done via just standard Sky support?
