How do I go about claiming in the broadband guarantee. Iv just had open reach out and they have confirmed my broadband has been running well under the minimum guarantee for a while

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lauravic see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-fibre-speed-guarantee normally Sky will contact you if speeds are below the guaranteed minimum for 3 days but you can call them but check in the My Sky first.
