Broadband speed down

I have 300 full broadband but my anti virus speed checker shows only 60, why is my speed down?

@MHF69  What does your MySky app show the speed as being?  Some AV can reduce speed significantly, I had a similar issue where the AV reduced a 1Gbps speed down to 300mbps, disabling it returned the speed back to the full expected speed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
