Broadband solid as a rock...then something changed.

My connection is dropping 2–3 times a day. My downstream sync speed is 76.6 Mbps, but my downstream noise margin has dropped to 3.1 dB. Following recent Openreach work across the street, the line has become unstable after years of rock-solid reliability.  Please run a GEA Line Test and ask DLM to reset/re-cap my target SNR margin to 6 dB or inspect the line for a High-Resistance fault.

Note:  You will detect a 'problem with WiFi' no doubt.  The router's WiFi broadcast has been disabled so as not to conflict with a mesh router / extender system.  This has been the case for a couple of years now without issue.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

@Hazelrigg

You are only talking to other customers here and not Sky support so you would need to call them about this.
