Broadband so slow and intermitent

Broadband very slow and has been on and off for past month or so

Same! I've had terrible connectivity all day. Router shows all green lights but I can't load Youtube correctly on the tv, can't load pages on my phone, etc. I rebooted the router but no improvement. There's definitely an issue.
