No Connection every time I put password in

Just had broadband put in today tried setting it up and connecting to TV and my mobile but each time I put password in it's says error tried turning it on n off all lights are green . Ive tested it on website says nothing wrong

@Chelebel try unplugging the TV until the power led goes out then plug it back in and try to connect again but carefully check you are entering the passcode exactly as it shows on the label on the hub check you are not confusing a number with a letter or vice versa. On your phone tell it to forget the Sky connection then rdboot it and tryvagain.

Tried this still not working all green lights are on but won't connect still and Iv been putting the right password in
