Broadband slow

Carried out speed test with 3rd party app DL Speed 32/28/31/30, UL speed 28/27/28/28.

Speed test within SKY Service checker and all as advertised contract is on Broadband Ultra fast1

@Knockout  Are you using a wired or Wi-Fi device to run these tests?

I am using a WI-Fi device, which is in the same room as the router to try and get a true speed

I'm afraid a wireless device just cannot do that: it's too subject to multiple variables including the specification of the device itself, the placement of the router, the local WiFi environment and even what the neighbours are doing.
