Broadband shield

When I try to access the broadband shield

it states that I do not have broadband.  However I do and I am connected to it.  When I use the chat bot and it asks me to choose which item the broadband doesn't have a number underneath it just says null.

Hi @Lynn1231 

Have you previously linked your Sky ID to your Broadband account number? You would need to do this before you can manage things like your Sky Shield.
